Answer:
Digi doesn't sell the USB debugger anymore. You can get the J(TAG)-Link from Segger.
The Digi debugger DG-ACC-JLNK came with a 20 to 14 pin ConnectCore 9C adapter PCA:
which is not available anymore. See the sematics: 30006601-04
