How to Buy

Digi Connect EZ WS enables seamless serial-over-Ethernet connectivity, integrating patient device data into hospital EMRs and other downstream systems.

Designed for use in patient care environments, it complies with IEC 60601 3rd Edition* standards (see specifications for details) and features four software-selectable RS-232/422/485 serial ports.

Digi's proven RealPort technology creates a local COM or TTY port between a host computer and networked serial devices, so applications communicate with devices across the network as if they were directly attached. System administrators get advanced control over incoming, outgoing, and Telnet sessions on each port.

Digi Connect EZ WS and built-in Digi TrustFence give security and operations teams peace of mind against evolving threats. The device simplifies key security requirements for critical infrastructure with enhanced access control, centralized authentication, VPN support, and encrypted connections.

A built-in Python environment enables custom, event-based device programmability for application development at the device level.
