Adding RSS Feeds into Microsoft Outlook

  1. Log onto, and browse to the appropriate product page.
  2. Once on the product support page, scroll down the page until Product support RSS feed is found:
  3. Right-click this link, and then click Copy link address or the equivalent option within the web browser to save the link.
  4. Log into Microsoft Outlook, locate the section for RSS Feeds, right-click RSS Feeds, and then click Add a New RSS Feed…
  5. Paste in the link on the New RSS Feed screen, and then click Add:

Now anytime items are updated on the page that was linked, a RSS feed will be sent to Microsoft Outlook.
