There is a known compatibility issue with some Cisco switches and the XPress Ethernet Bridge. In some cases, the Cisco switch will detect the radio as a loopback and disable the network port that the radio is connected to.
To get around this, you must disable or suspend the TCP Keepalive on the network port that the XPress is connected to. For instructions on how to disable this keepalive, please refer to the documentation for the Cisco switch. There is nothing that can be done on the XPress to prevent this from happening.
