How do I set up the built-in modem for out of band access on the CM and Passport

Steps:

1.  Log into the web UI of the Passport.  On the left-hand side you will see "Peripherals" and under that "Modem Config".  Accept the defaults and click save/apply.

2.  Login as root or create a local user assigned to the Port access menu.  
If logging in as a user:
--Create a local user under "System Admin" then "User Admin".
--Once you add the user assign its "Shell Program" to "Port access menu"
