How to change display orientation in Android on startup

There are plenty of apps on the market that can force rotation of the screen to any desired orientation:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.fameit.rotate&hl=en
 
I believe some of those have settings to autostart on boot and force orientation to the one desired.
