No, this is not possible.  You would need a Wireless Access Point to accomplish this.

You are able to have both the Ethernet and Wi-Fi running at the same time, and access to the serial ports from both networks.  However, the ConnectPort TS W will not route traffic between Wi-Fi and the wired ethernet.
