If Win 7(32-bit) -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digi\Digi m10 JumpStart Kit
Note :- Windows 7 is not officially supported , but you can work by starting it in Win XP Compaitability mode
If win XP -> HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digi\Digi m10 JumpStart Kit
Download https://ftp1.digi.com/support/patches/m10/Setup_1300.exe and install.

If you still have issues download any serial terminal application like “Hyperterminal” or “Teraterm” and connect M10’s Debug port in 115200 baudrate.
Turn on module and in serial console do 2<enter>48<enter>0<enter> , which will do a factory restore on module.
Connect M10 using USB cable and start Dashboard.
