The actual +5v current trip point is 213mA and the +10v trip point is 117mA. Remember that if you are hot plugging or switching on a serial device that uses the serial power, the in-rush current into the device can trip the limiter.
The Portserver TS P MEI should be un-powered when connecting or un-connecting a serial cable.
