Unable to Discover XBee Nodes From the ConnectPort X Coordinator Web Interface or the Device Cloud
When a ConnectPort X Gateway is unable to Discover XBee nodes, we recommend pressing the small button located on the XBee Sensor, Wall Router, Smart Plug or XBIB connected adapter 4 times quickly. This will force the XBee module to leave any currently joined PAN and attempt to re-join.
Issuing the ATNR
(network reset) command from XCTU will perform the same task.
This behavior may also be seen sporadically with XBee nodes that are configured to sleep. In this case, performing repeated discoveries will eventually see the node during wake periods.
