Symptom:

After installing any of the Digi AccelePort products in Windows NT, everything appears to load correctly after rebooting the system, however the com ports do not show up and Event Viewer reports the following, "DigiASYN driver service depends on the DigiIDs group.  No member of this group started."

Cause:

Some system BIOS allow you to configure Bus Mastering.

 

Solution:

Check the system BIOS and make sure Bus Mastering is turned on for the slot in which you have the Digi AccelePort product installed.
