Digi International Continues Support of Local Community With Sponsorship of Three Major Charitable Events This Summer

Event Sponsorships Provide Support for the Mission of Non-profits Dedicated to Child and Family Development, Improving the Lives of At-Risk Teens, and Medical Research

MINNETONKA, Minn., July 10, 2017 – Digi International®, (NASDAQ: DGII, www.digi.com), a leading global provider of mission-critical machine-to-machine (M2M) and IoT connectivity products and services, today announced its sponsorships of three local charity golf outings: the John Randle Tee Up for Tomorrow Charity Tournament, TreeHouse Golf for Hope and the CRPS/RSD Golf Tournament for the Samantha Harber Fund.

The John Randle Tee Up for Tomorrow Charity Tournament will take place on July 10 at the Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska. The event benefits the St. David’s Center for Child & Family Development – a preschool, children’s mental health clinic and pediatric therapy clinic that also provides day treatment programs for children with autism and mental health diagnoses. Digi is a Contest Sponsor.

The Golf for Hope event is on July 19 at the Rush Creek Golf Club in Maple Grove. The outing benefits TreeHouse, a Minneapolis-based organization designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, intellectual and spiritual needs of at-risk teens. Digi is a Presenting Sponsor.

The CRPS/RSD Golf Tournament for the Samantha Harber Fund is scheduled for August 19 at the Riverwood National Golf Course in Monticello. The Samantha Harber Fund presents 100 percent of proceeds to the National RSDSA Foundation – an organization providing support and education to those affected by CRPS/RSD, a complex regional pain syndrome on the National Organization of Rare Disorders believed to occur due to dysfunction in the central nervous systems. Digi is an Elite Sponsor.

“At Digi, we believe that giving back to the Minnesota community is its own reward,” said Ron Konezny, president and CEO, Digi International. “Our local community is home to many of the people that helped make Digi what it is today, and this community has played no small part in our success. As part of what we view as our corporate social responsibility, we’ve selected worthy causes that are spearheaded by some of the great people and organizations in our area; supporting them is just doing our part.”
