Digi PCI Serial card adapters are 32-bit PCI cards. They are backwards-compatible with 64 bit PCI slots however, only if the 64-bit slot supports it. Advanced 64-bit PCI slots that are backwards compatible will have their PCI card edge "keyed", allowing the 32-bit card to fit in the 64-bit slot.
