Gateway Unavailable Error Seen When Adding Digi Gateway to Account

The following error is seen when attempting to add the gateway MAC address to an account:

Gateway Unavailable

This gateway is already in use by another user. Please ensure that you have entered the MAC Address correctly. If you have entered the MAC Address correctly and this message still appears, please contact Digi Technical Support with your device MAC address.

This error indicates the gateway unit may exist in another account or that the gateway may need to be re-provisioned.  Please contact Digi Technical Support and provide the MAC address from the gateway to confirm provisioning.
