Unable to Login to Digi Device Server/Terminal Server

Symptom:

Unable to login to Digi Device Server/Terminal Server after detecting it on the network with the setup utility and clicking Configure to set the IP Address.

Cause:

This is a known issue when running proxy server.

Solution:

Make sure all proxy server services are disabled or try using a crossover ethernet cable between your PC''''s network card (NIC) and the
Digi Device Server/Terminal Server.
