When inspecting an X4 gateway device on the cloud does the gateway have an internal event log that I can use to diagnose what happened?

On the X4 what you are looking for is the event log.  You can access this through the Web GUI or through Device Cloud

To access the event log on Device Cloud go to the Command Line Interface and type in >display log:

Note:  Not all CLI commands are available through the Device Cloud as they take too long to implement and will time out before completion.  The “display log” command works as verified above.
