Use the following configuration to allow an XBee Cellular module to support incoming sockets via API and transparent modes:
Parameter settings for the "non-listening" module:
- DL: Set to the listening module's IP value
- DE: Set to the same value as C0 on the listening module.
Parameter settings for the "listening" module":
- C0: Set to a non-zero value. (Depending on the network, firewalls, etc, there might be a limited set of ports available.)
